Intake Hours for New Inquiries

Our intake hours for new inquiries are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 9:00am – 12:00pm and 2:00pm – 4:00pm. We do not take new inquiries on Tuesdays or Thursdays.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (closed on government/public holidays). For new inquiries, please see intake hours, above. Our general voicemail is monitored Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

How to Find Us

ACE is located at 55 University Avenue, Suite 1500, Toronto, Ontario M5J 2H7. The building is located on University Avenue at Wellington Street West, just south of King Street West.  55 University provides direct access to the city’s underground pedestrian PATH system and is connected to the Yonge-University subway line at St Andrew’s station.

Public Transportation

Our office is located steps away from the TTC St Andrew’s subway station.  For specific directions, please visit www.ttc.ca or call the TTC at 416-393-INFO (416-393-4636).

The St Andrew subway station is fully accessible. It has two elevators open to the public: one elevator provides service from the corner of University Avenue and King Street West to the PATH system and the food court at 145 King St. W. and the TTC concourse.

You can enter into the 55 University building directly from the PATH system.

Parking

Three floors of underground parking are available for a fee in the building.  The entrance to the parking garage is found on Wellington Street West.
