This year’s meeting is a special milestone as we celebrate 40 years of dedicated advocacy and legal support for Ontario’s seniors.

The business portion of the meeting will include:
- Welcome and Report from the Chair of the Board of Directors
- Approval of Minutes, 2022-23 Annual General Meeting
- Financial Report
- By-Law Amendment Approval
- Election of Board of Directors
- Recognition of Retiring Board Members
- Executive Director’s Report
Following the business portion, join us for a special 40th anniversary presentation titled “The Past, Present & Future of ACE.” We’ll reflect on ACE’s impactful journey, honor the legacy of Judith Wahl, ACE’s inaugural Executive Director, and share our vision for the future of ACE.

Membership Renewal
A reminder to our current members that your membership will expire after the AGM. To renew for 2025, please visit our membership page or email info@ace.clcj.ca.
Proxy Voting
If you’re a 2024 voting member and cannot attend, please assign a voting proxy by completing the proxy form (below) and submit it no later than noon on the day of the AGM.
