ACE & Ontario Health Coalition announce filing the Superior Court Application challenging Bill 7

Thursday April 13th, 2023 – The Advocacy Centre for the Elderly (ACE) and the Ontario Health Coalition (OHC) held a press conference to announce that on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, we filed the Notice of Application with the Ontario Superior Court of Justice challenging the More Beds, Better Care Act, 2022 (Bill 7) as contravening the Canadian Charter.
